Sensor Offline¶
Symptoms: No data on dashboard
Solutions: 1. Check power/battery 2. Verify 4G signal strength 3. Reboot sensor (power cycle) 4. Check MQTT connection
Inaccurate Readings¶
Symptoms: Unusual AQI values
Solutions: 1. Clean sensor intake 2. Replace filter 3. Recalibrate sensor 4. Check for obstructions
Low Battery¶
Symptoms: Frequent offline periods
Solutions: 1. Clean solar panel 2. Check battery connections 3. Verify solar panel orientation 4. Replace battery if old
No 4G Connection¶
Symptoms: Sensor online but not transmitting
Solutions: 1. Check SIM card 2. Verify cellular plan active 3. Check antenna connection 4. Try different location
